Good experience overall
I used Maison Privee for a short-term holiday home in Abu Dhabi. The booking process online was clear, and I received timely email confirmations. The property itself was a serviced apartment, well-maintained and furnished. We had a minor issue with the AC one evening, but their 24/7 guest support was responsive and sent someone to fix it within a couple of hours. The airport transfer I arranged through them was also punctual. Linens and toiletries were indeed hotel-standard. It made the stay quite comfortable, though the security deposit held for a week after checkout felt a bit long.

Oh my goodness, our stay in the beachfront villa was absolutely fantastic! Everything was perfect. The villa was stunning, even better than the pictures. The private chef services we booked were incredible, truly a highlight of our trip. My friends and I had the best time. I will definitely be booking with them again for our next Dubai trip.
